The Swarovski SLC binocular series are some of the most purchased and used binoculars on the market.  They are ergonomic with finger grooves built-in, versatile and functional.  The SLC series boasts an optimized roof prism system with a P-coating, not to mention a 3-part objective lens with high light transmission.  

In lay terms, that means even in low or poor lighting conditions, image quality will be maintained. It has a centrally located wheel for convenient focusing.  Like the EL series, the SLC series is waterproof, airtight and dustproof.  Depending on the model and your personal preference, you can choose from 7x, 8x, 10x or 15x magnification.  Designs in the SLC series can be purchased for around $1,500.  Dicks Sporting Goods and other online retailers carry several styles.
